Refunds
There are no refunds offered for day-of cancellations or no-shows. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@43rdstreetstudios.com.

For our group classes, we require 48 hours notice prior to the date of the class for all cancellations. 

For our private classes, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit that goes towards payment of your class. Balance is due day before class. If your class needs to be moved, we ask for 48 hours notice.
