Join ceramic artist Julie Elkins for a two-day, weekend course that will take your sculptural teapot-making skills to the next level! In this hands-on class, you'll learn the techniques and tools needed to create stunning teapots that are both functional and beautiful. Julie will guide you through the process of designing and building your own unique teapot, from shaping the body to adding intricate details and handles. You'll also learn about glazing and firing techniques to bring your teapot to life. This class is perfect for both beginners and experienced ceramic artists looking to expand their skills. And with the beautiful new 43rd Street Studios in Richmond, Virginia as our backdrop, you'll be inspired to create your best work yet.
